Serving guidance
Start with half a bottle. Wait sixty minutes before deciding whether to have more. Effects build slowly and stack unpredictably if you rush. Do not exceed one bottle in a 24-hour period until you know how you respond, and never exceed the maximum on the label.

Never combine with
Alcohol. Benzodiazepines. Opioids. Sleep aids. Muscle relaxants. Other kava or kratom products. Combining depressants is the single most common cause of serious harm.

Do not drive
Do not drive, ride, swim, or operate machinery after use. Treat it the way you would treat a drink you shouldn't drive on, because it is.

When to stop and call a doctor
Jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, persistent nausea or vomiting, upper-right abdominal pain, unusual fatigue, rash, difficulty breathing, or irregular heartbeat. Stop use immediately and seek medical care.

Report an adverse event
Email safety@easydaysdrink.com with your lot number and a description. We investigate every report and, where appropriate, file with the FDA MedWatch program.
