FDA & DEA information

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved kratom for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Easy Days products are not intended for use as drugs or medical treatments.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) identifies kratom as a “Drug and Chemical of Concern.”

Federal regulators have also raised specific concerns regarding products containing elevated or concentrated levels of 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH). Regulatory treatment of concentrated or synthetic 7-OH products may differ from traditional botanical kratom products.

Easy Days does not represent its kratom products as approved medications, treatments, or substitutes for professional medical care.
