Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Peak periods and new-release launches may add time; we post notice on the site when they do.

Delivery estimates
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather, and address errors are outside our control.
03 Legal
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where kava or kratom is prohibited or restricted. Our system blocks restricted ZIP codes at checkout, but the list changes; if we discover after checkout that we cannot lawfully ship to your address, we cancel and refund the order in full.

Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you live. Do not order to a jurisdiction where the product is prohibited, and do not use a forwarding service to circumvent restrictions. Orders identified as attempting to circumvent restrictions will be cancelled.

Age verification
Shipments may require an adult signature at delivery and may be age-verified before dispatch. Packages that cannot be delivered because no adult was available are returned to us and refunded less shipping.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Any free-shipping threshold is stated on the site and applies to product subtotal before tax.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after scan.

Address accuracy
We ship to the address you provide. Corrections are possible only before dispatch. Reshipment due to an incorrect address is charged at standard rates.

Heat and weather
We do not add temperature-controlled packaging by default. During heat waves, consider expedited shipping or delivery to an address where the package will not sit outside.
